Overview

Post-graduate Diploma in Management from Goa Institute of Management is an AICTE-approved program. It's structured in a manner to ensure that the individuals who enroll in it are able to witness advancement or acceleration in their careers through the knowledge acquired.

Learning Objectives- The program is tailored to brace students to respond to the changing requirements of the business world and to make them sensitive to stakeholder needs while engaging in informed decision-making.

Pedagogy- The pedagogy is learner-centric, based on immersion programs, projects, case studies. Online and offline synchronous learning is used to deliver such learning.

Selection Criteria- Shortlisting is based on test scores, profile, and performance in the interview. Selection Criteria lays emphasis on the following in decreasing order:

Past academic performance, Professional experience, Face-to-face interaction (Group discussions and Personal interviews), and Composite Diversity Index.
Profile Mix- Corporate Executives with at least three years of work experience, entrepreneurs, and aspirants looking forward to the flexible learning environment.
